Young Ja Parham
Young Ja Parham, passed away surrounded by her family, on November 14,2024. She was born on December 2,1934, in Pusan, Korea, to Bang Ku Yoo and Bong Kum Kim. Young Ja was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother.
Young Ja enjoyed helping her husband, at the The Amvets Post 22. She was involved in the Auxiliary at the Amvets, and volunteered alot, to hand out snacks each month, to the VA Hospital. Young Ja was called Jiggy Jo, for the dancing she loved to do, she also enjoyed shopping and playing bingo.
Young Ja was a loving wife and Mother, who dedicated her life, to caring for her home, and her family. She went home, to Heaven, to be with Jesus, and her beloved husband of 48yrs, Marvin Parham.
Young Ja is survived by her daughter MaryAnn Mitchell, sons Bobby Parham and daughter in law Cindy Parham, sons Ricky Parham and Jimmy Yoo, 17 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her.
Please join family and friends to celebrate her life on Tuesday November 26, 2024, at Jeter & Son Chapel, 4830 W. Illinois Ave, Dallas, Texas. Visitation will begin at 10:00AM with a funeral at 12:00PM.
Private burial at Dallas / Fort Worth National Cemetery.
