Wilma was preceded in death by her husband Will Wesley Bellis and her two sons, Rick Harness and Bruce Harness; and her daughter-in-law Kendal Harness.

Wilma is survived by her son David Harness and his son David Harness, Jr; her Daughter-in-law Josetta Cummings and her kids Gabriella Harness and Jonathon Harness; her Great-Grandchildren Aurora Robinson, Anthony Robinson, Kendall Harness and Jenais Harness as well as other family members and friends.
