Vera Mae Fetner passed away peacefully on Monday, May 4, 2026

at her home in Glenn Heights, Texas at the age of 84. She was born July 28, 1941,

in Missouri to parents Norman Pogue and Eunice Critzer. Vera married in 1958 and had three children Hazel, Patty, and Richard.

Vera's greatest love was being a mother, grandmother, & great grandmother.

Vera is survived by her husband Allen Fetner & family. Daughter Hazel Dry & husband Gary.

Grandchildren Julie, Kim, and Keith. Daughter Patty Clark and husband David. Grandchildren Larry, Steven, and Kevin. Son Richard Snyder and wife Lena. Grandchild Jeremy.

Vera had numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and additional bonus grandchildren. Adonis, A.J., Austyn, Azari , Bailey, Cameron, Cayden, Dakota, Izzy, Jamie, Lexie, Manuel, Nick, Rylee, Taylor, and Wesley.

Vera worked at Decibel Products for 30 years where she had many friends, she loved her job and they loved her. She loved life and she loved the Lord.

She is proceeded in death by her parents Norman and Eunice, and sister Rosie.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at

Jeter & Son Chapel, located at 4830 W. Illinois Ave, Dallas, Texas.

Visitation will begin at 10:30 AM, followed by a service at 11:30 AM.
