Stella Sanchez Sandoval

July 7, 1929 ~ April 9, 2025

Stella Sanchez Sandoval passed away peacefully on April 9, 2025, at the age of 95, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. Born on July 7, 1929, in Waxahachie, Texas, Stella was the daughter of Marcelino and Maria Sanchez.

Stella lived a long and full life rooted in family and love. She is survived by her devoted husband, Felix Sandoval; her beloved children, Johnny (Prieto) Valadez, James (Curley) Valadez, Maria (Blanca) Caballero and her husband Joe, David Valadez and his wife Rosa, and Teresa (Tessie) Diaz and her husband Rudy. She leaves behind a legacy carried on by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in her heart.

Stella is reunited in eternal peace with her parents, Marcelino and Maria Sanchez, her siblings Miguel (Mike) Sanchez, Pedro (Pete) Sanchez, Margaret (Magie) Moreno, and Mary Josephine (Pepa) Sanchez, as well as her beloved sons Robert (Pelon) Valadez, Daniel Valadez, and Steven (Stinkey) Valadez. She also joins her grandsons Richard Valadez, Joseph (Soto) Valadez, David Valadez, and Steven Valadez.

Known for her resilience and deep love for her family, Stella touched countless lives throughout her 95 years. Her memory will continue to inspire and comfort those who knew her.

Visitation will be held at Jeter and Son Funeral Home, 4830 West Illinois Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75211 on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a Rosary at 6:00 P.M.. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 11:30 AM. Burial to follow at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.

Stella's memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved her.
