Santos Gutierrez, Sr. was born October 6, 1948, in Dallas, Texas and passed away suddenly on February 17th, 2024 at 12:23 pm.

Santos leaves behind his loving fiancé Alice Lawrence. She is the nicest woman he was ever with, and he was eternally grateful for the love she provided. He proudly served his country in the US Navy, stationed in the Republic of Vietnam & Korea.

Known for his sense of humor, generosity, hard work ethic & loving spirit, Santos always enjoyed spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his mother Guadalupe Zaragoza, father Ignacio Leos, sisters Maria de Carmen Hernandez & Olivia Carranza.

Santos is survived by his caring and loving son Santos Gutierrez, Jr. with his sweetheart of a wife Laura Gutierrez, and his daughter Miranda Fisher, and many loving sisters & brothers.

He also has 6 grandchildren:

From Santos Jr. - Santos the third, Jonathan & Isabell Gutierrez.
From Miranda Fisher - Naomi Gutierrez, Layla Fisher and Kennedy Wafford.
2 great grandchildren from Naomi Gutierrez - Khari & Kaiden Sharp.

And he is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and longtime friends.

Military Honors and Inurnment on Monday February 26, 2024 at Dallas / Fort Worth National Cemetery. Please meet at the funeral home no later than 8:45AM for a 9:15AM appointment at the cemetery.
