Santos L Martinez, 85, of Dallas, Texas, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2025 at home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on September 12, 1939, in D'Hanis, Texas to Santos Martinez and Maria Consuela Lopez.

Santos lived a life of honor, love, and unwavering dedication to his family and faith. He cherished every moment with the love of his life, Anita, and their children, always putting family at the heart of everything he did. Santos approached life with passion and joy, finding great happiness in playing golf with his sons and spending time at family gatherings, where his warmth and humor brought everyone together. His legacy of love, faith, and togetherness will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

Santos is survived by Hs Daughter Rosa Linda Mendoza, and his sons Enrique, David, and  Santos Jr., and a large, loving family including his brother Loreto, his 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Anita, his son Armando (Mandito), his daughter Velma, his grandson Mark, his great-great grandson Logan (Logi-Bear) and his 5 siblings.

Santos will be remembered for his Integrity, Honor, and his commitment to his wife and his family

Services will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Jeter & Son Funeral Home, 4830 West Illinois Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75211. A funeral service will take place on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at the same location. Burial will follow at Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens in Grand Prairie, Texas.
