Rosa Jovel, 62, of Dallas, died Friday, April 21, 2023 at her daughter's home in Seagoville. Born April 10, 1961 in Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Everardo Dominguez and Juana Guzman Dominguez. A homemaker, she was the widow of Jose David Jovel and was Catholic.

Survivors include her children David Casas, Jose Jovel, Luis Jovel, Rocio Casas, Alicia Casas, Maryury Jovel, Lizet Jovel, Xiomara Jovel and Kimberly Jovel; four brothers; five sisters; sixteen grandchildren and one grandchild on the way.   She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her.  She was loved by all.

Her body may be viewed at her daughter's home in Seagoville beginning Monday evening until Thursday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 2910 Corn Valley in Grand Prairie. Burial will follow at Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens 3001 South Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75052
