Robert
Hernandez
Oct 28, 1958 — Sep 19, 2024
Robert Hernandez, born in Dallas Texas on October 28, 1958, was an amazing and dedicated father to his 3 children Jesse, Joe, and Sophia.
Robert met the love of his life Betty on July 15,2015, and had their first date on July 20,2015 at Gloria's. 2 years later he proposed to her on his birthday stating "My birthday will be complete if you marry me." Excited to start their new life together they were married December 8, 2018.
Everyone who knew Robert knew how much he loved fishing, grilling, reading, and football. Especially his Packers. He also loved tending to his plants and Sunday movies with his wife.
Robert was a kind, loving, welcoming, and genuine soul. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor and the way he was always ready and willing to help his family and friends. He was always ready to host a cookout and had the best crawfish boils. We'll forever miss his jokes and all the good times we had.
He was a loving husband, a devoted and dedicated father and step father, an amazing brother and an especially amazing grandfather. We couldn't have asked for better and we will miss him every single day. Roberts' memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved him.
Robert was preceded in death by his mother and father Manuela and Abraham Hernandez and brother in law Edward McCool. He is survived by his wife Betty Hernandez, Siblings: Jesse and Irene Hernandez, Sylvia and Daniel Escalante, Christine Hernandez, Ernest and Yolanda Hernandez, Mary McCool, Children: Jesse and Maria Hernandez, Joe Hernandez, Sophia and Rocky Rodriguez, Step Children: Antonio and Elizabeth Delapaz, Michael Delapaz, Monica and Juan Cepeda, Alexander Lozano, Bryana Lozano, 8 Grandchildren, 11 Step Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
