In Loving Memory of Richard Romero Robledo Jr.
October 8, 1962 – June 30, 2026
Richard Romero Robledo Jr., 63, of Dallas, Texas, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2026, in his hometown of Dallas, Texas. Born on October 8, 1962, Richard lived a life centered on family, kindness, and the simple joys that brought people together. Richard was the beloved son of Richard Robledo Sr. (deceased) and Frances Robledo-Perez.
He shared 43 wonderful years of marriage with the love of his life, Bernice Garza Robledo. Together they built a loving family that remained the center of his world. He is lovingly survived by his devoted wife, Bernice; his daughter, Myriam; his sons, Christopher and Charles; five cherished grandchildren: Destiny, Gabriella, Briana, Jayden, and Noah; three treasured great-grandchildren: Brisella, Matthias, and Ezequiel; siblings: brothers, Victor (deceased) and Christopher.; sisters, Alicia and Lorie, as well as many beloved relatives and dear friends who will forever remember his warmth, generosity, and unwavering love.
Richard had a passion for collecting and took great pride in his collections of coins, comic books, paintings, Marvel memorabilia, and many other unique treasures. He found happiness in discovering new pieces to add to his collections and enjoyed sharing those interests with others. Above all, Richard treasured the time he spent with his children and grandchildren. Whether sharing stories, creating memories, or simply enjoying each other's company, his greatest joy came from being surrounded by family. Richard also loved to cook, especially breakfast. It didn't matter what time of day it was—he was always happy to make breakfast and sit down to enjoy a meal with those he loved. His kitchen was a place of comfort, laughter, and togetherness. Known for his generous heart, Richard never hesitated to lend a helping hand to someone in need. His compassion, kindness, and willingness to help others left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Richard's legacy of love, generosity, and devotion to family will continue to live on through all who knew and loved him. Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those whose lives he touched.
