Ramiro Lozano was born in Monterrey, Mexico to Guadalupe Flores and Alfonso Lozano. He departed this life on June 8, 2024, surrounded by his loving family in Dallas, Texas.
Devoted husband and father, he was married to Laura Lozano (nee Torres) for almost 52 years. Ramiro was an avid traveler; he had a curious love of exploring new cities. He traveled with his family all over the States, and foreign countries, but he especially enjoyed traveling to Europe and was enamored with Sorrento. He had many hobbies and interests that included gardening, painting, reading, and enjoyed watching a variety of sports. Ramiro loved nature and enjoyed the company of his schnauzers, Koki and Bobby, while out for daily walks around the park and neighborhood.
Survived by his loving wife, Laura T. Lozano; children Laura Lozano Peers and husband Guy Peers, Dr. Sandra G. Lozano, and Ramiro C. Lozano; as well as many other cherished family members and friends.
Visitation will held at Jeter & Son Funeral Home from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, June 14, 2024. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 15, 2024 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 1800 W. Davis St., Dallas, TX 75208.
