Paul W. Westfall passed from this life Sunday, September 24, 2023, in Cedar Hill, Texas, surrounded by his family. He was born November 14, 1955, to the late Roy Odean and Mildred Breedlove Westfall. He earned a Bachelor of Animal Science Degree and a Master of Ruminant Nutrition Degree at the University of Arkansas, he also earned a Master of Extension Education at North Carolina State University. He worked as County Director for Cooperative Extension in New York and North Carolina. Paul loved his family above everything else in life. When he retired, he frequently traveled to see his children and grandchildren. Nothing made him happier than watching an FFA event, a school concert, a winter guard presentation, a dance recital, a football game, or just reading to or playing with his little ones. He also enjoyed many outdoor activities and truly enjoyed when his children joined him.

Besides his parents, Paul was predeceased by his two brothers, Carl and Fred Westfall, and an infant son, Carl Wayne. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sharon Flynn Westfall, his sister Anna Chandler (Rick), his children: Amanda Zelaya (Warren), James Westfall (Rebecca), Alice Westfall (Ben Shurtleff), Jaquelynn Westfall (Tom Cowden), Stephen Westfall (Jessica), and Gabrielle Salinas (Tony) and his grandchildren: Tavio Zelaya; Wade and Claire Westfall; Rory and Bo Shurtleff; Annabelle, Max and Toby Wilco and Elizabeth Cowden; Lauren, Jaxon and Tyler Westfall; James, Paul and Emma Salinas. Paul also had several close nieces and nephews.

As per Paul's wishes, there will be no funeral. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society for Research in Prostate Cancer or Breast Cancer.
