Patsy A. Cochran
June 20, 1936 – December 31, 2025
Patsy A. Cochran passed peacefully on December 31, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of faith, family, and a life well tended.
She was born on June 20, 1936, in Tree City, Louisiana and was raised in Kilgore, Texas. In 1956, she married the love of her life, Bobby Cochran, beginning a partnership marked by devotion and shared purpose.
The couple moved to Dallas in 1959. There Pasty finished her professional career as an administrative assistant at Burden Brothers Inc.
Patsy found joy in life's simple and meaningful pleasures. She enjoyed gardening and took great pride in caring for her yard with Bobby, enjoyed cooking for those she loved, and was a talented seamstress. Later in life, she and Bobby moved to Midlothian, Texas, happily settling next door to their son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren—a place where her heart was always most at home.
A woman of deep and steady faith, Patsy was a faithful member of Trinity Church of the Nazarene in Duncanville for over 65 years. Her commitment to her church and her quiet example of kindness and service touched many lives.
She is survived by her son Kyle Cochran and daughter-in-law Laura Cochran; grandchildren Sarah Marriott and her husband Ben Marriott, Rachel Cochran, Aaron Cochran and his wife Lynae Cochran; great-grandchildren Landry, Ian, and Lucy Cochran; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Patsy will be remembered for her gentle humor, her generous heart, and the care she gave so freely to others. Her life was one of faithfulness—in family, in work, and in love—and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
