Patricia Ann Marquiss Emmert:

Patricia Ann Marquiss Emmert, age 93, went to be with her heavenly father, Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ o n Oct. 26, 2024.

Patricia was born on Oct 15, 1931, in Newcastle, WY to Lee Al Marquiss and Julia Mihalski Marquiss. She had an older sister Helen Marquiss Miller and an older brother Wilber Marquiss. She married Cecil Emmert and moved to Texas. Patricia took Jesus Christ as her savior and became a member of the Baptist Faith. Her last 40 years of work was working with children in church associated 'Child Development Centers' as a teacher and coordinator.

She is survived by her son Clark S. Emmert and wife Becky; daughter Ann Phy Sorrell and husband Daniel and her beloved grandson Shane C. Phy.

Also, there are numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a couple of her favorite places or to your desired food bank.
