Oupkeo Keovongphet, beloved mother, relative, and friend, was born on July 18, 1938, in Laos and passed away peacefully on November 28, 2025, in Duncanville, Texas, at the age of 87. She will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and the deep love she shared with all who knew her.

A devoted follower of the Buddhist faith, Oupkeo lived a life grounded in compassion, humility, and generosity. Her presence brought comfort and wisdom to those around her, and her legacy will continue to live on through the family and community she cherished.

A Laotian Buddhist service will be held in her honor on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., with visitation beginning at 12:00 noon in the Chapel of Jeter & Son Funeral Home, located at 4830 West Illinois Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75211.

Oupkeo's life was a blessing, her memory a treasure. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
