Nuribianca “Nuri” Fernandez was born May 2, 1977 in Dallas, Texas to parents Juan Fernandez and Cynthia Ann Moreno. She went home to heaven on August 25, 2026. She was known for her bright smile, her love of music, and most importantly her deep devotion to 3 children. Her children were her ultimate passion, and she devoted herself to being the best mother possible. She is survived by her husband, Rigoberto Palacios, son, Isaac Palacios 14, daughters, Layla Palacios 13, and Maya Palacios 11, and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Cynthia Moreno, grandmother Josephine Flores, and nephew Joseph Castro. She worked as a office manager at the County Clerk's office. She is going to be missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
