Noel Cesar Lozano was called Home to Heaven on Monday, June 13, 2022. He was born in Dallas, Tx , on February 24, 1999 along the side of his Twin Nicolas Lozano, to Elvia Lozano, and was 23 years old. He was residing in Dallas Tx at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his Mother Elvia Lozano, his Dad Raul Torres, his Bio Manuel Buentello. His Twin Nicolas Lozano, brother Jessie Torres. His nephews, Josiah and Jayden Torres. Extended brothers Richard, Ben, Manuel, Joey. His grandfather Rene Lozano Sr., his uncles Rene Jr, Ronnie, Jesse, Fred, Dwight, Joe. His aunts Debbie, Diane, Jennifer, Noelle. Many more Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Family & Friends! His Best Friends (Brothers) Clay & Kev.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Jeter & Son Funeral Home, Dallas, Texas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 Noon, Friday, June 24, 2022 at Nuestra Senora Del Pilar Catholic Church, Dallas, Texas. Graveside service and interment to follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
