He graduated from Sunset High School in 1983.
He was married to Delma Reyes for 9 years. They originally met in 1982 dated for a year and
reconnected in 2012 where he gladly took on the role of step dad and grandpa to an already
made family of step children and grand babies with no hesitation as if they were his own. Noe
worked many years for several salvage yards in the Oak Cliff area where he learned how to be
an auto mechanic. Noe also worked at Western Excursion in Coppell Tx. Noe liked spending
time in the clubs and party's in his younger days and having family gatherings much as cook
outs with this kids and grandkids. He also attended several churches as time permitted. Noe
was a fun and happy person that liked being the center of attention and was willing to entertain
the crowd to make sure everyone was laughing and having a good time. Noe was that one
person you could call anytime of the day or night for help and he was always willing to be there
for you.
Proceed in death by his father Noe C Reyes Sr, mother Juanita Garcia Reyes his brother Arturo Garcia Reyes and sister Irene Reyes
Survived by is wife Delma Reyes, his children Moses Reyes, Cheyenne Reyes and Nicole Reyes with step children Angel Galvan, Mark Galvan, Isaac Galvan, Liliana Galvan and Albert Galvan his sister Mary Helen Treviso and his brother Daniel Reyes. He also had several nieces and nephews Carmen Martinez, Bonifacio Treviso, Pauline Sanders, Juanita Reyes, Richard Treviso, Roy Palomino and Ray Reyes and 11 grandchildren.

Saturday June 8, 2024 at
Jeter & Son Chapel, 4830 W. Illinois Ave, Dallas, Texas.
Visiting will begin at 1:00PM and the service will start at 2:30PM.
