Mary Louise Carson

December 19, 1940 - April 27, 2025

Mary Louise Carson, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 84. Born in Hope, Arkansas, to Alta Mae Frazer and George Burns, Sr., Mary brought joy and warmth to everyone who knew her.

Mary never met a stranger—her kind spirit and friendly nature made her a treasured neighbor and companion to many. Whether sharing a laugh, lending a hand, or striking up a conversation, Mary's generous heart left a lasting impact on her community.

A vibrant and active woman throughout her life, Mary found great joy in traveling and embracing new adventures. Her zest for life and deep love for her family defined her every day.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Jeter & Son Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 4:30 p.m. at the same location. All who knew and loved Mary are welcome to attend and celebrate her remarkable life.

She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
