Lisa Marie Outhier Williams, 55, of Arlington, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Lisa Marie Outhier was born on April 21, 1971, in Pueblo, Colorado, to Louis "Corky" and Linda Outhier. She grew up in Beulah, Colorado, and later made Dallas, Texas, her home, where she devoted her life to her family, friends, faith, and community.

On July 16, 2000, she married the love of her life, Rickey Williams. Together they built a life centered on love, faith, service, and family. Lisa was a devoted wife, loving daughter and mother, cherished grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose kindness touched everyone she met.

Lisa graduated from Pueblo South High School and attended the University of Southern Colorado in Pueblo. After moving to Texas, she graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, where she continued preparing for a life of ministry and service.

Lisa devoted her life to serving others through ministry and her professional endeavors. She faithfully served with Dallas Metro Ministries, where she made a lasting impact through her dedication and compassionate heart. She also served as Co-Director of Simple Faith International/LOUD Youth, investing in the lives of countless young people and sharing the love of Christ with unwavering passion and purpose.

In addition to her ministry work, Lisa was an entrepreneur and the proud owner of RLW Vending and R Parking, where she demonstrated her strong work ethic and business acumen.

Later, Lisa worked at the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge, where she continued her lifelong mission of caring for and supporting others during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She remained in this role until her health began to decline.

Lisa was known for her warm smile, generous heart, unwavering faith, remarkable strength, and deep compassion for others. She found great joy in serving her community, ministering to children and families, and sharing the love of Christ with everyone she met. Whether through her work, ministry, or personal relationships, Lisa had a unique gift for making others feel valued, loved, and encouraged.

Though Lisa made Texas her home, a piece of her heart always belonged to the mountains of Colorado. She was a mountain girl who found joy and peace in the beauty of God's creation, and those memories remained a treasured part of who she was.

Her greatest love was her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her greatest joy was her family, and her life's passion was ministering to the children of Dallas, Texas. She lived her faith daily and inspired countless lives through her servant's heart and steadfast devotion to God's calling. Lisa treasured every moment spent with those she loved and leaves behind a legacy of faith, kindness, compassion, and service that will continue to impact generations to come.

Lisa is survived by her loving husband, Rickey Williams; her parents, Louis "Corky" and Linda Outhier; her brothers, Jeffrey Outhier of Westcliffe, Colorado, Nathan Outhier of Beulah, Colorado, and Joel Outhier of Corpus Christi, Texas; her children, Lakietha Erwin of Whitehouse, Texas, Rashaw Williams of Lindale, Texas , and Shadrick Williams (Quinessa) of Temple, Texas; six beloved grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
