Leocadio T. Vargaz

December 9, 1929 – February 26, 2023

Leo T. Vargaz was born 93-years ago in Kendleton, TX to Casimiro & Guadalupe. He passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus on February 26, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 56-years, Elvira C. Vargaz and a son, Leo Vargaz, Jr. He also enjoyed many years with his loving dog, 'Sugar'.

He is survived by three loving daughters, Martha Culbreth (Michael), Melva Vargaz and Margie Vargaz. Leo was quite proud of his 9 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. He cherished each and every family member and friend.

Leo's family knew that his day always started with reading scripture and spending quiet time with his Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. He enjoyed a successful career as a delivery truck driver and achieved many years of safe driving recognition awards. Leo was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. In the younger years, he was a baseball player and enjoyed hobbies including upholstery work, flea markets and music.

We will always miss and will always love you very much Daddy!
