Leighton Dwight Morris, a beloved resident of Fontana, California, peacefully passed away on July 22, 2026, in Grand Prairie, TX.

Known affectionately as Dwight to his family and Leighton to his friends, he was born on February 8, 1979, in Long Beach, CA, to Leighton Donovan and Andrea Morris King. Dwight’s journey took him to Texas, where he built a life.

He was preceded in death by his son Elijah and father, Donovan, and is survived by his three children: Quiana, Damion, and Robert. His mother Andrea, and siblings Danette, Daniel, and Dana. His grandchildren are Quion, Quiaire, and two grandchildren on the way. He leaves his grandmother, Jean, two aunts, eight nieces and nephews, and a cousin.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to his friends, especially Patricia and Diana, who stood by him during his journey.

The family will be meeting privately to bid farewell to their beloved Dwight.
