Julian Cuevas Tobias was born on February 13, 1954 to parents: Ines Tobias and Maria Reyes in Mexico. He was married to his bride Blanca Laureano and they had three boys and one daughter. He worked as a construction laborer to provide for his family. He passed away on June 10, 2023 and will be greatly missed by all.
He is survived by his wife Blanca, his sons, Julian, George, Luis Enrique; and his daughter Patricia.
