Juana Morales

July 12, 1947 - June 17, 2023

Juana "Juanita' Morales was called home to our Lord on Saturday, June 17 2023.

Born as an identical twin July 12, 1947 to Teodoro Vargas and Rafaela Garcia in San Luis Potosi Mexico. The family later migrated to Nueva Rosita Coahuila Mexico where she later met the father of her 7 children Jesus Morales and married in 1968. In 1974 they immigrated to Grand Prairie, TX for the American Dream. Juanita worked for Arlington ISD for 15 years and enjoyed every minute of her job. Juanita loved to dance, crochet, shop and most importantly spend time with her children, grandchildren and great grand children.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Teodoro and Rafaela Vargas; son, Federico; sisters, Rafaela, Luisa, Juana (twin); brother, Frutoso; late ex-husband Jesus Morales Ruiz; grandson, Juan Espinoza Jr

She is survived by her children, Jesse Morales and wife Patti Morales, Ruben Morales and wife Rosie Morales, Susan Espinoza and husband Antonio Espinoza, Marylou Alvarez and husband Reyes Alvarez, Maria Castillo, Laura Villa and husband Manuel Villa, Noemi Vasquez and husband Daniel Vasquez and brother, Casildo Vargas. She is also survived by her 15 grand children and 4 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services

Visitation will be held from 11am-1pm on Wednesday, June 21st at Jeter & Son Funeral Home in Dallas

Funeral service will be held at 1pm following the visitation on Wednesday.

The graveside service will take place immediately following the funeral service at Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens.
