Juan Dario Villa Sr.

December 31, 1956 – May 21, 2023

Dario was born in Mexico but moved to Dallas at a young age. He grew up in Oak Cliff. He attended Adamson High School where he played the sports he loved the most, Baseball and Football. He married Lydia Gutierrez on September 25, 1982. Three children were born to that union. Juan Jr., Jessica and Juanita.

Dario was preceded in death by his parents Dario and Enedina Villa as well as a brother-in-law Frank Gutierrez, Brother-in-law Michael Duarte, 2 Nephews Julio Alvarado Jr and Adrian Nigo.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Lydia Villa. His son and his wife Juan & Monique Villa, Daughters and their husbands Jessica and Jorge Salcedo, Juanita and Joe Sanchez. 11 Grandchildren: Jorge, Juliana, Jovanni, Jo Nathan, Jaliyah, Joe, Julissa, Jaida, Kaine, Juan Pablo (JP) and Emilio (EJ), his 12th grandchild (Juno) will be born in June. Sister-in-law and brother-in-law Mary and Ruben Adame. Brothers and their wives Nicandro and Lupe Villa, Jose and Alex Villa, Sisters and their husbands Esperanza and Julio Alvarado, Rosa and Leo Gomez, Carmen and Jesse Collazo, Sylvia and Arthur Monsivais, and Cristina Villa Duarte Brothers-in-law Gabriel, Steve and Albert Gutierrez. Several Nieces and Nephews as well as close friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 24th from 1:30-6pm.

Rosary will be held Wednesday, May 24th at 4:30pm.
