Juan Talavera Campos, beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on May 9, 2026, in Dallas, Texas, at the age of 66. He was born on October 17, 1959, in Mexico to Juan Quintanilla and Delores Campos.

Juan lived a full and vibrant life, guided by love, hard work, and devotion to his family. He enjoyed working with his hands and playing even harder—always bringing joy and laughter to those around him. A dedicated fan of the Denver Broncos and Civas soccer, Juan also found joy in reading comics and watching classic heritage films.

Above all, Juan loved his family deeply. He is survived by his partner and friend, Veronica, his son, Rogelio Rodriguez; daughters, Rosalinda Rodriguez and Joanna Lopez; nine cherished grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, at Jeter and Son Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 a.m.

Juan will be remembered for his generous spirit, his big heart, and the love he carried for all who knew him.
