In Loving Memory of Joyce Marie Waters
January 20th, 1936 - August 11th, 2024

Joyce was born in Dallas, Texas the daughter of Harry and Aylene Rincker. Joyce married James H. Waters on October 21st, 1952. They were married for 53 years before the lord called James home.

Joyce worked for over 60 years as a Certified Public Accountant as the owner of Accurate Tax Services. James and Joyce also opened up the franchise of Mr. Jim's pizzeria in Duncanville, Texas before they both retired.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Aylene Rincker., husband James H. Waters, Son James H. Waters II, Sisters Mildred Hays, and Theresa Rincker Brothers Joe, James, Jerry, and Douglas Rincker. Joyce is survived by a son Terry Waters and wife Shari. Daughter Sherry Moorman and husband Dean. One Sister Joan Wells. Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews and a lot of long lifetime friends. You will be missed by all.

Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 26, 2024 at Jeter & Son Funeral Home, Dallas, Texas. A graveside service will follow at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
