Jose R. Zuniga, Jr.

Age 68, of Houston, Texas passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Jose was born to Catarina Ramirez and Jose Zuniga, Sr. on November 22, 1955 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Jose enjoyed participating in many high-stakes venues. He enjoyed playing at the casinos, watching the Dallas Cowboys Football games, as well as several other sports, and spending time at home with his family.

Jose was preceded in death by his mother Catarina, spouse Linda Zuniga, and sisters Esmeralda Zuniga and Ofelia Zuniga Valadez. He is survived by his children: Jose Adelarido Zuniga, Yadira Chavez, and Valeria Pena; siblings: Clemente Zuniga, Leticia Mares, and Bertha Vigil; 8 grandchildren, and many more cherished family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at Jeter & Son Fuenral Home, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a funeral service at 11:00 am. Graveside service and interment to follow at Five Mile Cemetery.
