Jose Reyes Rodriguez

January 4, 1948 - December 2, 2023

Jose Reyes rodriguez was born in Noria de Angeles, Zacatecas Mexico on January 4, 1948 to Pablo Rodriguez and Romana Salas.  He passed away on December 2, 2023 in Dallas, Texas.

He met his wife Felicitas Sifuentes in Monterrey N.L., Mexico in 1970.  They married on January 28, 1973.  He worked over 25 years with Dallas Woodcraft.  His hobbies included cooking, gardening, listening to music, watching his favorite Dallas Cowboys and Tigres soccer team.  But most of all, he loved spending time with his grandkids.  He was one of the nicest, sweetest people anyone could've met.  Most people would describe him as a loving, caring and very charismatic person.  On several occasions he opened his doors to families in need.

He is preceded in death by: parents, Pablo Rodriguez and Romana Salas.  Siblings: Petra Rodriguez, Isabel Rodriguez, Manuel Rodriguez, and Flora Rodriguez.

He is survived by his wife, Felicitas Rodriguez.  Siblings, Pablo Rodriguez, Geronima Hernandez, Gil Elias Rodriguez and Natividad Rodriguez.  Children, Mayra Soto, Jose O. Rodriguez, Noemi Perez and Marylou Quinonez.  Grandchildren, Robert L. Soto III, Briana A. Soto, Willie Perez Jr., Alyssa Perez, Diego Perez Mariya Rodriguez, Esperanza Rodriguez, Katalina Rodriguez, Daniela A. Quinonez, Dalila A. Quinonez, Vicente Quinonez III, Valentin R. Quinonez, Danae A. Quinonez, Jose A. Quinonez.  Great grandchildren, Clarissa R. Soto and Noah I. Rodriguez.

Services :

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023 from 2-6pm, with a Rosary at 5:00pm, at Jeter & Son Funeral Home

Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 8, at 9:30am, at Jeter & Son Funeral Home.

The graveside service will immediately follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery in Dallas, Texas
