John Walter Owens
John was born in Nashville, TN to parents Robert Allen Owens and Ishabell Lorene Carter on September 11, 1935. He worked various jobs and owned a Texaco Gas Station in Oakcliff (Dallas), TX. He loved his motorcycles, boating, and going fishing in his free time. He went home to glory on August 11, 2025 in Durant, OK. He will missed by everyone that knew him and loved him.

A Memorial service will take place on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at Jeter & Son Funeral Home, Dallas, TX.
