Joey Cesar Fraire was born August 9, 2004 and passed away January 25, 2023.

I'd like to begin by thanking everyone for coming to celebrate Joey's life. Joey was the most kind, genuine person I've ever known and I know many of you would agree. Joey was born on August 9, 2004 in Oak Cliff, Tx. He was born to Melissa Lira and Julio Fraire. He leaves behind not only his girlfriend but best friend Valerie Perez and step daughter Nevaeh who he loved very much. He also leaves two brothers, Robert Escobar and Jonathan Mounts and one sister, Briana Mounts. Joey was also a very protective and loving uncle to two nephews Robert Escobar || and Julian Escobar. He even leaves behind his grandparents Jeannie Lira, Maria and Mario Fraire who loved and cared for him as their own.

Some of you knew Joey better than others, but you're here because he had an impact on your life, and you want to honor that. Since he did affect you in some way, it's not going to be easy to say goodbye.

At such a difficult time, it's important to remember the good memories we all have of Joey. By holding onto those memories, we can focus on the good times we had together, and help each other find comfort in this difficult time.

Joey was a good son, grandson, brother, brother in law, boyfriend, friend just an amazing young man.  Or perhaps others of you recall Joey as a little wild child with the crazy hair getting into everything.

Even as a child, Joey made a difference in people's lives such a sweet soul, always with a smile on his face.
