Jimmie Nell Campbell, a beloved mother,  and grandmother, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at the age of 90, surrounded in love by her daughter and granddaughters. She was born on July 10, 1934 in Lubbock, Texas to the late Earl and Letha Brown.

Jimmie was a lifelong sports fan. She loved to play softball, shoot pool, and bowl. If she was standing still she was generally watching some kind of sport. She especially loved watching the Rangers, tennis and golf. She also enjoyed crochet (blankets and dish scrubbers were her specialties), playing bingo, and spending time with family.

She is survived by her daughter, Kimmi Ruth Patterson; three granddaughters and three grandsons-in-law, Deawnna Lynn Kolbe (Bret),  Delana Marie Glenn (Coby), Deleah Joe Starnes (Shane); ten great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; three sisters and one brother.
