Myra Jean Wilson Whorton

July 9, 1938 - December 28, 2022

Myra Jean "Jeanne" Wilson Whorton, 84, went to be with the Lord on December 28, 2022. She was born in Muncie, Indiana on July 9, 1938, to Jesse and Genevieve Wilson. Myra resided in Rowlett, Texas.

Myra was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt. She was kind, generous, courageous, and full of grace. She was married to Larry D. Whorton for 22 years.

Myra raised her five children in Beavercreek, Ohio. The greatest blessing that God bestowed upon us all, was having her in our lives for so many years. The amazing influences and the lessons she taught us will remain in our lives forever. We praise you and thank you God for the privilege of being in her life.

Myra is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse, and Genevieve Wilson. Sister Julia, Brothers David, Charlie, Kenny, and Dennis. Her husband Larry D. Whorton and former husband Donald Burkholder.

She is survived by her 5 children. Michael White and wife Beverly. Julie Lofino and husband John. Donald White and wife Tina. Kimberly Hurst and husband Doug. Sandra Hewitt and partner Brandon. She has 13 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren. Her sister Kathy Jo Hubley, and brother Gary Wilson and wife Debbie. Sister-In-Law Mary Jean Wilson. Many nieces, nephews, in multiple generations.
