Javier was born in Pharr, Texas which is located in Hidalgo county to his parents Jesus Escamilla and Lydia Rivera, on July 6, 1954.
He worked at LKQ Auto Delivery as a Truck Driver during his adult life. He really enjoyed supporting and cheering for his Texas Rangers baseball club.
On September 4, 2026, Javier peacefully went home surrounded by his wife and children, to go see the Lord,
