Hermelindo Quezada

Hermelindo Quezada Gallardo, born on May 5, 1970, passed away on April 29, 2025, at the age of 54. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend whose warmth, generosity, and unwavering dedication to his family touched the lives of all who knew him.

Born to Emilio Quezada Aguilera and Rafaela Gallardo Beltrán, Hermelindo grew up surrounded by the values of hard work and close family ties. He carried those values throughout his life, always putting family first and taking great pride in being a dependable provider and a loving presence.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 21 years, Ma. Guadalupe Lopez; his cherished children, Myra, Daniel, and Diego; and seven siblings who shared a lifelong bond of love and support. He also leaves behind many more loving family members and friends who will continue to carry his memory in their hearts.

Hermelindo was known for his strong work ethic, big heart, and deep sense of responsibility. A true family man, he found joy in the simple moments—whether gathering for a meal, sharing stories, or lending a hand to anyone in need. His presence was steady, his love unshakable, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him. Graveside service and interment will follow at Oak Grove memorial gardens, Irving, Texas.

Visitation and gathering will be held at Jeter & Son Funeral Home, Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, May 7 at Santa Clara Catholic Church, 321 Calumet Ave., Dallas, TX 75211.

His memory will live on through the love he gave, the lives he touched, and the example he set as a father, husband, and friend.

Hermelindo Quezada Gallardo, nacido el 5 de mayo de 1970, falleció el 29 de abril de 2025 a la edad de 54 años. Fue un devoto esposo, padre, hermano y amigo, cuya calidez, generosidad y dedicación inquebrantable a su familia marcaron la vida de todos quienes lo conocieron.

Hijo de Emilio Quezada Aguilera y Rafaela Gallardo Beltrán, Hermelindo creció rodeado de los valores del trabajo arduo y de los estrechos lazos familiares. Conservó estos valores a lo largo de su vida, priorizando siempre a la familia y enorgulleciéndose de ser un proveedor confiable y una presencia amorosa.

Le sobreviven su amada esposa durante 21 años, Ma. Guadalupe López; sus queridos hijos, Myra, Daniel y Diego; y siete hermanos con quienes compartió un vínculo de amor y apoyo para toda la vida. También deja atrás a muchos otros familiares y amigos que lo recordarán con cariño.

Hermelindo era conocido por su sólida ética de trabajo, su gran corazón y su profundo sentido de la responsabilidad. Un auténtico hombre de familia, encontraba alegría en los momentos sencillos, ya fuera reuniéndonos para comer, compartiendo historias o ayudando a quien lo necesitara. Su presencia era firme, su amor inquebrantable, y su ausencia será profundamente sentida por todos quienes lo conocieron.

El velatorio y la reunión se llevarán a cabo en la Funeraria Jeter & Son el martes 6 de mayo de 2025, de 2:00pm a 6:00 am. La misa de entierro cristiano se celebrará a las 11:00 am del miércoles 7 de mayo en la Iglesia Católica de Santa Clara, ubicada en 321 Calumet Ave., Dallas, TX 75211.

Su memoria perdurará a través del amor que dio, las vidas que conmovió y el ejemplo que dio como padre, esposo y amigo.
