Gerald Wayne Smiler   
   November 5, 1945 - August 1, 2023   

  Age 77, of Cedar Hill, Texas passed away on August 1, 2023. Born November 5, 1945, in Dallas, Texas to Clyde Edward Smiler and Ruby "Sullivan" Smiler.  

  Gerald lived in Dallas, Texas all of his life. He served in Vietnam in The US Army. He enjoyed traveling, cars, and books. Also get together with family and friends. Gerald like to tell and hear stories about the past. And our family is grateful to know that Gerald is at peace.  

  He is survived by his wife Sherry; three children; numerous  grandchildren, several family members and friends.
