David Arroyo Cuellar born January 2, 1962 in Dallas, Texas to Gilbert Cuellar and Dora Arroyo went to be with the Lord on September 1, 2025 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 63.

He is proceeded in death by his mother Dora Cuellar and sister Gloria Zarate.  David is survived by his two daughters and one son along with their families; Daughter Denise Marie Cuellar and husband Chris Velasquez; Daughter Priscilla Cuellar, and son Joshua Padilla. Five granddaughters, Kennedy,  Mercedes, Alexus, Jasilyn, and Emma.  Along with two great grandchildren, Nico, and Ellie Alonso.  He also leaves behind his father Gilbert and four brothers Raymond Cuellar, Gilbert Cuellar Jr, Alfred Cuellar And Fabian Cuellar along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Jeter & Son Funeral Home, 4830 West Illinois Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75211.
