Rev. Daniel Alatorre was born on April 7th, 1952 in Santa Ana del Conde, León, Guanajuato to Daniel Alatorre and Maria de Lourdes Munoz de Alatorre. He passed away on October 14th, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. He attended McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois.

Rev. Daniel Alatorre was a beloved man in many people's lives. He was a husband, father and grandfather, but most of all, he was a friend. Daniel touched many lives through his work. He worked as a reverend in the Presbyterian church for over thirty years. He was the kind of man that was seen as a hero. He constantly gave his all to those around him and those who needed it. He was generous beyond comparison. Daniel's dedication to his faith was unwavering, and he dedicated his days to spreading the love of God and lending a helping hand wherever it was needed. He led a selfless and exciting life that was driven by his adventurous spirit. He cherished his family and his friends. He was a beacon of kindness and compassion. His kind and warm heart will be deeply missed by all those who admired his impact on their lives. Daniel leaves a legacy of faith, love, and generosity that we have all been so lucky to have received.

Survived by his loving wife Antonia Alatorre, his three devoted children, Sofia Lorena Barron, Daniel Ricardo Alatorre, and Anabel Hernandez. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, Angel Johnathan Hernandez, Daniel Santana Alatorre, Sol Alejandra Alatorre, Amiee Alexandra Barron, and Vincent Joel Barron.

Visitation Thursday October 19, 2023 from 2:00 - 6:00PM.

Funeral Service Friday October 20, 2023 at 11:00AM

Burial to follow at Laurel Land Cemetery.

El Reverendo Daniel Alatorre nació el 7 de Abril de 1952 en Santa Ana del Conde, León, Guanajuato, hijo de Daniel Alatorre y María de Lourdes Muñoz de Alatorre. Falleció el 14 de Octubre de 2023 en Dallas, Texas. Asistió al Seminario Teológico McCormick en Chicago, Illinois.

El Reverendo Daniel Alatorre fue un hombre muy querido en la vida de muchas personas. Era marido, padre y abuelo, pero sobre todo, era un amigo. Daniel tocó muchas vidas a través de su trabajo. Trabajó como Reverendo en la Iglesia Presbiteriana durante más de treinta años. Era el tipo de hombre que era visto como un héroe. Constantemente lo daba todo a los que lo rodeaban y a los que lo necesitaban. Fue generoso sin comparación. La dedicación de Daniel a su Fe fue inquebrantable, y dedicó sus días a difundir el amor de Dios y a echar una mano donde fuera necesario. Llevó una vida desinteresada y emocionante que fue impulsada por su espíritu aventurero. Él apreciaba a su familia y a sus amigos. Era un faro de bondad y compasión. Su corazón amable y cálido será profundamente extrañado por todos aquellos que admiraron su impacto en sus vidas. Daniel deja un legado de fe, amor y generosidad que todos hemos tenido la suerte de haber recibido.

Sobrevivió su amorosa esposa Antonia Alatorre, sus tres devotos hijos, Sofía Lorena Barron, Daniel Ricardo Alatorre y Anabel Hernandez . También le sobreviven sus cinco nietos, Angel Johnathan Hernandez, Daniel Santana Alatorre, Sol Alejandra Alatorre, Amiee Alexandra Barron y Vincent Joel Barron.

El velorio será de 2:00 p. m. a 6:00 p. m. el jueves 19 de octubre de 2023 en Jeter & Son Funeral Home. El funeral será a las 11:00 a. m. del viernes 20 de octubre de 2023 en la funeraria. Seguirá el servicio junto a la tumba y el entierro en Laurel Land Memorial Park.
