It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Carlos Banda De La Rosa, age 67, of Dallas, Texas, who passed away on February 26, 2025. Carlos was born on October 6, 1957, in Matamoros, Mexico, to his loving parents Filomena Banda and Sabino De La Rosa.
