Bill Lewis was born July 22, 1952, and passed away December 30, 2017.
Bill graduated from W.T. White high school and Dallas Baptist University. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Debbie Lewis. He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Angie and Matt Talbert: his son and daughter in law Billy and Kristen Lewis: and his son and daughter in law Bobby and Dani Lewis. He is also survived by his six grandchildren Colton, Kent, Maddyn, Billie, Brody, Jace and one more on the way, his granddaughter Brooklynn to be born in May. He is also survived by his two sisters Cindy and Lori Lewis. He is preceded in death by his parents Bill and Adele Lewis and his granddaughter Aubrey.
Bill's greatest passion was spending time with his family. He especially enjoyed taking his family fishing at the Wisdom's farm and to Galveston beach. He was a man of faith, of love, and of encouragement. He was a husband, a father, a grandfather, a brother, a friend, a teacher, a coach, a father to more than just his own, a choir director, a youth pastor, a mentor, and a cowboy. He knew the best restaurant in every town and could tell you what to order. He was the first one to believe in you when you didn't believe in yourself. Because of these things he will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
He is Bo, Billy, Bill, Dad, Daddy, Pop, Coach, and Mr. Lewis
We love you
