Betty "Boop" was born on December 24, 1931 to William Clayton and Anna Lee Strunk of Oklahoma City, OK. She was one of 12 children Verda Lee, Robert, Billy, Dorothy, Juanita, Gloria and Donald, three half-siblings James, Raymond and Reba who all preceded her in death and one surviving sister, Jewel. Betty was also preceded in death by her husband George W. Bennett and three children Oland R (Rusty) Wood, James W. Bennett and Valeria L. Whiddon. She is survived by her four remaining children Howard R. Wood, Kathy J. Norris, Mary A. Pipes and Linda B. Beckwith, as well as many grand children, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, along with countless nieces, nephews and cousins.

Betty was an amazing woman who put God and family above all else. She loved without condition and gave every bit of herself to her family. She was the matriarch of the family and the glue that held it all to together. All who knew her loved her, a shining example of a child of God and was very steadfast in her belief.

She will be greatly missed by those she left behind, but we are confident that she was welcomed at Heaven's gates by so many loved ones who have passed before and were so excited to be reunited with her.
