In Loving Memory of Baldemar Retiz

March 2, 1956 – August 1, 2024

Born in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila, Mexico, to Antonio Retiz and Maria Elena Perez. He married Leticia Garza de Retiz on May 26, 1975.

Together, they shared countless memories, including his passion for watching baseball and cheering for the Texas Rangers. His big smile and love for dancing were a testament to his vibrant and joyful spirit. Baldemar was a happy person who loved everyone he met.

He is preceded in death by several loved ones and is survived by his devoted wife Leticia Retiz; his children Edgar, Creig and Leticia; grandchildren Edgar, Crystal, Joshua, Ryan, Emily, Creig Isaiah, Julissa, Brandon, Logan, and Luna; great-grandchildren Jordan and Damian. He is also survived by his siblings Santos, Cristina and Chayo.

Baldemar's memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. He will always be remembered for his warmth, happiness, and the love he shared with all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held in his honor.

All who knew and loved him are invited to join in honoring his memory.
